Milk jar is good, it does "hit the spot" when you're craving bubble tea/ boba tea. Never had any issues with the staff, everyone is friendly. I can't say if my memory is incorrect, or if something changed between my last two visits... But, you now have to ask for Boba in your tea. Time before last, staff didn't ask if I wanted any or what flavor as they used too, so, I found my tea without bubbles. I assumed it was understood. However, I don't blame them, I should have inquired. For future reference however, make sure you clarify.

Very unfriendly cashier. We arrived around 8:15pm on July 9 and there was at least 15 minutes to spare. The cashier was audibly frustrated with having customers still coming in during business hours. She was absolutely rude to both my wife and I. Totally unprofessional. There were some people there before us, and some that arrived after us, excited to try Milk Jar. Unfortunately she was very rude to them too - stating to one couple that just got their drinks to "please leave".

Got there @7:33, 5 minute wait because they decided to start talking in the back and 10 minute wait cause coffee base is bad? Never heard of that before and shouldn’t you have checked it in the morning? -_- 7:46 started making my order AFTER the fact. Would have been happy with buy 1 get 1 free but nothing to make the inconvenience on me easier. 1st and last time I’m buying from Milk Jar.

Service was great, the girls working were friendly and did a good job making the ice cream. Unique names and a wide variety to choose from. Will be going back. I had Unicorn Poop. Fruity pebbles and Carmel in vanilla ice-cream. Was yummy!!!

The first time I went, the lady at the register asked if I'd like for her to explain anything on the menu. I said 'sure, couldn't hurt' because I had no idea what the cereal stuff was about. This angel proceeded to explain in great detail the entire menu item by item until there was no question about anything on the menu. I mean she went above and beyond and I was just gonna ask her to explain the difference between two drink bases 🥹🥰. The drinks are amazing. There're literally endless options. You can pretty much customize your drink by the ingredient, which is time consuming for those who make them and makes inventory really tricky, so say thank you and smile at those sweet, thoughtful people when your order is complete! And TIP THEM WELL!!! Their Monkey Business rolled ice cream is my favorite in the whole world, and I usually get either a strawberry macha boba tea or the dirty milk boba tea whenever I go. Try them 😊 you'll love it.

I go here as often as I'm allowed, honestly. the people that work there are always super nice and friendly, and they seem to have a friendly relationship with each other, which is always fun to see. I haven't gotten the ice cream or cereal option yet, but maybe someday. I'm pretty sure the digital tips don't go to them, so leave physical tips instead. next time I come I'll be sure to bring some ducks, as I try to leave them around when I go. Photo is the latest drink I got.

My Thai Milk Boba tea is great. Flavorful and perfect amount of sweetness. Staff are polite, patient, and efficient. The dining space is clean and welcoming.

This is a very unique place with lots of great treats. The menu is a little hard to understand if it's the first time being there. Luckily, when we went in there was a friendly customer who started telling us all about it. They have what is called rolled ice cream. We watched them make a bowl right in front of us. They pour the liquid onto a frozen tray and then flatten it out. Then they then roll it up with a spatula into what looks like big cinnamon sticks that they put into a bowl. They also have a great selection of boba and tea. We will definitely be back and we will update this review as we try more menu items!
